Test Event created for users to practice registering and submitting catches.

This is a test Event we have created to let you test the registration process and practice logging catches and navigating the tournament app leaderboard.

Test event for users to log multiple species. Winner will be determined by most catches logged and will receive a ConnectScale 3. Must use a Tournament ID Card with the code MSTest and take photos of catch on a measuring device left to right. Enter weight and length on the app and select the correct species.

Standard rules apply: - Size, MINIMUM 1 lb to score - No limit on QTY - Pictures of FISH to be taken each scoreable fish - Total Weight / Big Fish Winners

Please fill out the Google form associated with the event. Pay and submit form. Note: The registration process will not continue until both form and payment are received. Connect Scale App: Once we receive your completed form and payment you will be sent an invitation email from the NY BASS Youth Program/Connect Scale inviting you to participate and to sign on to the event on the Connect Scale tournament platform. Please download the Connect Scale App on your mobile devise and familiarize yourself with its capabilities. Note: All registration forms will be processed on the evening of the day they were received. Note: The email address used to fill out the Google entry form will be used as your identifier throughout the tournament. Catch Registration: Catch registration involves taking three pictures. The first is of the anglers holding their live catch. The second is showing the length of your bass with your approved cloth sewing ruler in clear view. The third is of the fish with the ruler around it to verify the girth. All photos must be taken with the appropriate measuring tools and in clear view for submission. Note: Approved measuring tool can be purchased by following this link : 3 Fish Photographs Required: After landing your catch and removing it from your line take 3 photographs of… Photo #1: Selfie Photo - Have a photograph taken with your face and a side view of the bass clearly showing in the photo. Photo #2: Length Photo - (see Diagram 1 below) With an approved soft cloth sewing measuring tape take 1 photo of the length with the cloth ruler in clear view below the bass. Note: Photo must clearly show the tournament I.D. code in the picture. Photo #3: Girth Photo- (see Diagram 2 below) With an approved soft cloth sewing measuring tape take 1 photo of the ruler around your catch to verify girth. Note: Photo must clearly show the tournament I.D. code in picture. The judges will only go off what measurements they see in the photos. Photos with the fish on the ruler or with the ruler on the fish will not be accepted.

Utilizing your ConnectScale, catch, weigh and take a photo of the fish on the scale with the angler. Then release the fish. Please save the photo for later in case of any questions by the tournament directors.
